Challenging Myself

I thought that one of the things I could do with this blog, was record some of the challenges I give myself. Be it exercising on a regular basis, learning a new skill, or whatever I decide to throw at me.

I’ve been exercising almost every morning, but I’ve not included it in posts. I’m gonna try including a little footnote about what I did at the end of each post, to see if it boosts my motivation. It won’t be all of my physical activity, only what I do during “exercise time.”

I have another little challenge planned for myself, but I’ll post about it after I complete it, regardless of how it turns out.

Exercises done today: treadmill (1 mile), swimming (20 minutes).
